Day 1: To make the bear house
One day, I was reading a book named “The Rainy day book” which contains many indoor activities. When I flipped to a page about creating a box room for bear, Kin suddenly told me that he wants to build a house for his lovey bear. Immediately I thought of the doll house we built 2 years ago, the doll house has mini furniture and mini figurines. This time we planned to expand the house into double-storey with 4 compartments (hall, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom).
We decided to call it “The Bear House”. You can name it any house you like depending on what your child’s favourite lovey is – The Mickey House, The Dinosaur House, The Bunny House…just to name a few.
First, we need to prepare the materials for the Bear House. We were pretty lucky as we got 4 recycle boxes from Kin’s aunt who is moving house.
Kin wants to make a staircase to connect the double storey house but then he realised that the staircase was too short.
Ta-da! The double-storey house frame is ready! Next step is to clean up the mess.
Kin tried to lift up the double storey house once it was done.
